'Florals? For spring? Ground breaking.'
Can you guess the film? If you do I'll give you a gold star.
On a serious note though. I am loving the florals that designers have being sending out this September. Ashish has been one of my favourite collections so far. I think I might get myself some flower garlands from the haberdashery and attach them to my beloved docs. I love nothing more than teaming my docs with a tea dress; it would seem Ashish had his own ideas on how to work this look.
Here are a few of the floral looks I have seen so far:
Ashish, Christopher Kane, Mary Katranztou, Rodarte.
I think I am going to continue to do these little trend reports; instead of talking about each show. If you want a good catwalk report you can find them on numorous magazine sites, so there isn't much point me doing one. This is my own little take on proceedings. I have seen quite a few trends emerging already, it will be interesting to see if these are carried over to Milan and Paris.
What has been your favourite trend this season?

love them all :)

lovely just lovely. i love that devil wears prada quote, it has always remained in my mind ever since i first saw the film. i like the collage of photos, i feel like the florals for the next season are slightly different to the 'usual' florals you see, have not quite put my finger on how or why yet...
