I wanted to try something a little different - I've seen this look on a few beauty blogs and thought this was a simple look that most people could achieve. I thought Barry M's Raspberry and Copper would go together perfectly - I hope you agree.
I used Bourjois' nail varnish remover pot - I love the smell of this and it nourishes my nails. I always need something to give my nails some moisture back after having polish on all the time. After this I applied a base coat and one coat of the raspberry. I waited for this to dry and applied a second coat. Sometimes I don't need a second coat depending on the colour of the nail varnish. After this has completely dried I painted a line with the copper colour and then painted up to the top of the nail to fill this half in - another coat and of course always apply a top coat.
I also bought silver multi glitter, which I thought would look good doing the same manicure with a base of lilac. Let me know if you try this, I'd love to see a picture - send me it through twitter or instagram.
