Yesterday was the opening of the brand new flagship Topshop and Topman store in Leeds. I went down to see what the store looked like and to soak up tunes straight from the decks of Pixie Geldof. Me and a couple of other bloggers were shown around the new store - there is a personal shopping service in Topman too, for all those guys out there who like a bespoke service. I took a couple of snaps of Pixie on the decks - she was playing a real mix and actually played my favourite song, Cherry Bomb by The Runaways. I managed to get a sneaky picture with her between tunes - she was wearing a pair of killer heels and was actually quite lovely.
How insane is this shoe wall? I was shocked at the amount of shoes on offer. It is safe to say I will be dropping a lot of money in this section in the near future. They have a cool make-up section on the first floor - it's great to see such a large range of their make-up on offer, the old Topshop only had a small stand. I always love the merchandising I see in flagship stores - it isn't often I'd look at a mannequin and want the whole look but in Topshop I'm always searching around for the clothes I see on display.
How amazing are there boots - I might go back and buy them this weekend. What do you think? I'm going back to test run the personal shopping service soon - expect to see a full review in a few days.
