How vibrant is this Richard Nicoll silk dress? He was asked to design this beautiful citrus dress from the people at Tropicana, with only 50 being made it really is a collectors piece. This is the ‘Stella’ dress that Richard is known for but re-worked. The ‘stella’ design has become so popular because of its versatility and that it suits a whole range of different body shapes. The print was inspired by a regency floral which he used for his Spring/Summer collection and in his own words has been a selling point for the brand now.
I plan to wear this in summer with a great tan, bare legs and wooden wedges. For me it has to be worn with a high heel due to its shape – especially because I’m not very tall. I may also tuck this into a skirt to bring something unexpected.
This dress is available to buy fromAtelier-To- Go for £550– all the proceeds will be going to Fashion Targets Breast Cancer.
