What I Wore: Uniqlo

uniqlo uniqlo

Can you spot the different between the top and the bottom picture? The plant pots went walk about and I didn't notice the difference until I came inside and looked at the pictures. This is what happens when your mum is gardening around you while you are trying to take serious outfit pictures.
Uniqlo kindly let me pick out an outfit to style as I wished. I opted for this shirt and trouser combination. I loved the broderie anglaise detailing on the front of this shirt. I went for the navy colour as I thought it would fit into my wardrobe perfectly.
Printed trousers are such a summer essential for me - they add something a little extra to any outfit. I loved these legging style trousers, they have an elasticated waist and a tie inside which are not only super comfortable but also really practical. I really loved the two shades of blue used in the pattern - I don't have much blue in my wardrobe and these are pretty striking. I've worn them a few times already, as they are so easy to style. I thought these Primark heels would look great with this outfit - they were such a bargain and look just like the Zara heels. To finish it all off I added a slick of MAC's Ladydanger - what do you think to my picks?

  1. Ha ha it took me ages to notice the flower pots! I had to double check even after after reading it. Love the trousers x

  2. My best friend is obessed with Uniqlo, but despite his efforts to convert me I've never really got 'into' them. But I think this outfit has changed my mind - the trousers are really lovely, and the shades of blue work really well on you! x

  3. I didn't notice, too busy focusing on the lovely trousers x

  4. I love your trousers! Such a lovely print and colour x
