Last Thursday evening I was invited down, along with a few other bloggers, to the fourth birthday part of Lush Leeds' Spa. You can never pass Lush without knowing about it - the smell also finds it's way into the street. This was a bit of a chance to get to know what treatments they offer and the key messages behind each of their various 'experiences.' Each treatment has a different theme and the staff make it their mission to immerse you in this experience.

We all enjoyed from Vegan cake and signed a giant birthday card which was to be displayed in the window over the weekend. You can see a picture of all of us below which I borrowed from the lovely Em.

I was really impressed with the Emotional Brilliance wheel.  We were asked to close our eyes while the wheel span and when we opened them we had to pick three colours that immediately stood out to you. These three colours are represented my three words. Mine were: Dynamic, Ambitious and Happiness. I'm adding some of these colours to my wish list - I really do want to try more of their make-up range.

One of the treatments that appealed to me was 'The Good Hour' (£80) which was centered around the sea. You can from this picture that after this experience you get a little rum and some shortbread, this sounds like my kind of spa experience!
Other treatments include 'The Comforter' which involves a hot chocolate body scrub and the 'The Lush Sound Bath' which involves tuning folks, ear candles,  and singing bowls.
