So today marks the first day of New York Fashion Week. I popped along to the Lincoln Centre to soak up some of the first day atmosphere. I have to say that New York has a very different vibe to London. It feels more exclusive and everyone seems to wear straight up designer. Whereas London seems to be more of a mix of designer, high street and vintage. I went for a simple outfit as I knew I was going to be taking running after people to take pictures. Also straight after this me and my mum did more tourist things so I needed to be comfortable. I took some street style shots which I’ll put up when I get back. There really were lots of stylish men and women milling around. It was strange that most of the ladies i took pictures of actually ended up being fellow bloggers. There were a couple of editors I wouldn’t of minded taking pictures of but they were always in a rush. It was very quiet for the first day, I’m going to be going up again tomorrow to see if I can get some more shots.
