Review: John Frieda Routine for Fine HairWednesday, 23 October 2013
Having fine long hair can be a bit of a burden. I can spend ages preening my barnet within an inch of its life, step out of the house and I might as well of not bothered. My problem is that my hair is naturally curly so I need to keep the frizz at bay and also with it being so long it can look pretty flat and uninteresting. I must of tried every product under the sun to cure me of my hair woes and there are only a handful that actually work for me, so I'm always on the look out for other products to give me a helping hand. That's where John Frieda comes to the rescue.
I have being using Luxurious Volume Blow Dry Lotion on my roots to create some lift. You spray it on to towel dry hair - I do this upside down and work it in with my hands. Then I blow dry my hair upside down and then on top from the roots down.
I have also being applying Frizz-Ease Dream Curls Enhancing Oil to my ends to really define my curls. Sometimes I find that they can be a little flyaway so this helps to reign them in. It's really light too so it doesn't drag my hair down.
Lastly for any of those pesky stray hairs I use this nifty contraption, the Full Repair Touch-Up Flyaway Tamer Wand - it's really handy to just pop in your bag. I've been putting a little blob on my hand and smoothing it on my ends to take my office look from day to night - really handy when you are heading out for drinks after work.
