Having been a faithful follower of the ghd straightening irons for years, when they contacted me about trying some of their hair products I jumped at the chance. I knew that they had a range of hair care products but I'd never actually tried them.

I opted for their Straight & Tame Cream - I have naturally curly hair and it's pretty long too so it can take some taming. I don't always wear it straight (this product is meant to help keep your hair straight) because its just easier to let it dry naturally. I'm sure many of you have similar problems though, when you let it dry naturally it can be pretty unruly. Having read reviews on their website I found many ladies had used it for both straight and curly styles.

I worked around 5 pumps of this through towel dry hair and then quickly blasted it with the hair dryer, the great thing about this is it also protects your hair from excessive heat. I left it to dry, to see if it would work its magic on my natural curls. To my surprise it tamed them and kept my flyaways to a minimum, it even withstood some intense wind and rain. Sometimes products like this can leave a residue on your hair and weigh it down but this cream felt light and left my hair with plenty of movement. You can also use a little of this to tame your hair between washes - I'm always looking for something that leaves me with shiny great looking hair. I'd really recommend this line if you can get your hands on something, you'll have a Good Hair Day everyday!
