Teatum Jones had the amazing setting of the Me Hotel rooftop bar – the views are breathtaking, I’d highly recommend it. It was a packed venue but I managed to grab myself a good spot right at the end of the path of the models – so I’m pretty pleased with the  detailed shots I managed to get.

They tapped into the American Deep South this season. Richard Avedon’s ‘In the American West’ was cited as their main source of inspiration. Johnny Cash filled the room, as the models stomped with real purpose. Wide brim hats and buckled boots were aplenty. The coats were the real winners for me, the boyfriend fit black and white rose print was my favourite.
The laser cut dresses and over coats were also something that stood out too me too. These were the pieces that were really wearable and had street appeal. Remind me also I need to buy myself a few luxury polo-necks. Seen at this presentation and on the cobbles at Somerset House, tucked into jeans with a over sized coat – perfection.
Another thing that I noticed was the minimal make-up – flushed cheeks, stained lips and a dewy eye. This is something I’d love to try come Spring/Summer.
