Review: Stella Lily Eau De ParfumSaturday, 19 April 2014
I love perfume. It can stir so many different feelings and emotions. Ever caught a smell of someones perfume and been transported to a memory? I know lots of people tend to stick to one scent and their happy with that. But I like experimenting with different scents, depending on my mood. Harvey Nichols have such a wide range of women's perfume it's hard to choose one.
The people at Harvery Nichols kindly sent me Stella McCartney's Lily, I'd come across it before but I'd never actually smelt it. First impressions are good because of the lovely bottle. It's nice to have something pretty to sit on my dressing table. The perfume itself has top notes of truffle, at its heart are key notes of lily (of course) and the base notes are made up of earthy oak moss. I have to say because it is made up of more rich scents this is a perfume for the evening. It has real staying power too, a couple of sprays of this and your good to go for hours and hours.
