There are a few beauty items that are on my radar for Autumn. My beauty routine doesn’t really change that much between seasons. I do step up with a stronger moisturiser to combat the dry conditions but other than that with make-up looks I like what I like.
I’ve smelt a few samples of Jo Malone’s new fragrance ‘Wood Sage & Sea Salt’ but after the first sniff I fell in love. I love the aspect of masculinity in this fragrance, I tend to look for more masculine scents, something with a little musk to it. This is a pricey bottle but I know it would be totally worth it.
I still like to keep a little glow in the Autumn months and I thought this Too Faced bronzer would be perfect. I much prefer a matte bronzer like this, a sweep of this on my cheekbones, temples and jaw and I’m good to go. This is infused with real cocoa powder too, so I’ll have to try my best not to eat it.
It’s all about dark nails for the Autumn/Winter months – I was excited to hear about the release of the Christian Louboutin nail varnish. I would like a nice glossy black nail for the coming season and this is the perfect polish to achieve this with.
The OCC Lip Tar’s have been on my radar for a while now and I’ve think I’ve picked out my holy grail colour – Black Dahlia. My signature lipsticks tend to be dark colours and then when you eat and drink through out the day the colour comes off. I think with the staying power of this product I wouldn’t have a problem.
A Charlotte Tilbury counter has just appeared at my local department store and I’ve been drooling over it already. The eyeshadow palettes are on the top of my list. The Dolce Vita is the perfect palette for creating a number of different looks – to create an evening look build them on top of each of to create an amazing smokey eye.
