What I Wore: #XmasJumperStyleChallenge with Beyond Retro
Christmas Jumper day is just around the corner. Friday the 12th marks Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day and Beyond Retro are proud to be supporting the cause this year. As you know they have a plethora of christmas jumpers from times gone by, there really is something to suite every taste. They have actually opened a pop-up shop dedicated to Christmas Jumpers in Old Street Station in London – promising to sell 10,000 christmas jumpers in store and online, £1 from every sale goes to Save the Children. So you can have a bit of fun and support a great cause while doing it.
I choose to go for this black Nordic style 80’s number. I think it might actually be a men’s jumper but I prefer it a little bit baggy. I can’t remember the last time I wore a polo neck, I’m going to be investing in more as this kept me toasty all day. I teamed up my jumper with my ripped boyfriend jeans, who knew Xmas jumpers could be so versatile? Throwing on my camel coat over the top meant I was ready to brave the Christmas crowds.
All this talk of Christmas has got me in the mood for decorating the house. I thought I’d share some of my decorations with you all. As I only moved into my house this year I had to go out and buy all new decorations. I’ll be posting a Christmas interiors post this week, so watch this space…
