I bought this Marques Almeida dress in the Topshop sale a couple of weeks ago. It was reduced to £20, so it was an absolute bargain. I always keep an eye out for the designer collaborations when the sales come around. It certainly feels better than paying the full £80 this dress was originally. I love the deconstructed nature of this dress, the frayed hem is what Marques Almeida are known for. Their collection for Topshop had so many great denim pieces, these are items that will work really hard for your wardrobe. When I first tried this on I was worried that the shape wouldn’t do anything for me, luckily I think I’ve found a way to rock it. I’m hoping to see the Marques Almeida show at London Fashion Week this season, fingers crossed I get the golden ticket!
I bought these over the knee boots the other week from River Island, I’ve had my eye on them for a while and finally decided to take the plunge. They are adding to my 70s dream wardrobe, I’ve been teaming them up with short dresses, polo-necks and a-line skirts. They are super comfy and are keeping my legs warm in the cold. I threw on my black duster jacket to finish off my look, I’m not about completely bare arms in the winter! I love this piece as it’s so versatile, I’ve worn it over a multitude of outfits. I’ve seen loads of other colours on the high street, I might add some lighter versions to my wardrobe for the Spring. Thanks to Anna for taking my pictures!
