Beauty: Night Time Routine

My night time routine has become particularly important lately, I’m not getting any younger now am I? I need to take care of my skin and make sure I get enough of those ZZZ.
First things first, I take my make-up off with Micellar water, this one from Garnier is the perfect size for taking away with me too. You will never see a make-up wipe near my face.
Next I wash my face with La Roche Posay’s Psychological cleansing gel, I can’t remember the amount of times I’ve expressed my love for this product. I’ve converted many of my friends too, it just leaves your face feeling clean and soft. It has really helped with keeping spots at bay too.
Liz Earle’s Superskin Concentrate Facial Oil is a perfect night time treat, it’s great for balancing my combination skin and the essential oils give your skin that much needed drink.

I need something to work on my skin while I’m asleep, The Body Shop’s Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask is a genius product. It feels slightly odd, it does actually bounce between your fingers. This promises to leave your skin looking younger, fuller and of course bouncier. I must say I’ve been using this over a month now and I have noticed a difference in my fine lines, these don’t seem to be as obvious when wearing make-up anymore. Make sure you apply this in sweeping motions, from the centre to the outside of your face to benefit the most from this mask.
Lastly thiswork’s Deep Sleep Pillow Spray has become a little miracle in a bottle. I can often find it quite difficult to fall asleep straight away and spraying this on my pillow before I get into bed has now become a night time ritual. The essential oils of Lavender, Vetivert and Wild Camomile help you to drift off into a peaceful nights sleep.

I feel like I need to start taking care of my ageing skin now too- i feel like you recommending the Garnier Micellar water means I need to buy it (as I trust your opinion).
