I’ve always been a heels girl. Friends and family can all tell you how many heels I have in my collection (had a big clear out recently though, they’d be proud). Lately I’ve been drawn to flats, it’s not always practical to wear heels and let’s face it, who loves the ache of wearing heels all day long? I was meeting a group of local bloggers to shoot outfits (it’s great having other people in the same boat) and I knew I’d be on my feet all day.
Teva have come to the rescue for me – these are legit the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I was first introduced to the brand last year. The style of the shoe can take some getting used to. I’m not used to seeing that much of my foot exposed. Feet are so weird, aren’t they? Editing this post was a little strange, as I had to spend a good deal of time staring at my feet.
At first I struggled with how to style them but I actually think they lend themselves to a whole range of outfits. The iridescent style is perfect for the summer months, I love the way they caught the sun (it’s rare we get any!) Teva have so many different styles, you’ll find something to suit your lifestyle.
For this outfit I decided to go with my favourite Levi jeans, seriously I wear them so much. Maybe an intervention is on the cards? This white off the shoulder blouse is from La Redoute. I was like a walking advertisement that day as all the lovely bloggers I spent the day with are heading straight to the site to buy this blouse. I liked how the exaggerated bell sleeves make it a little bit different.
What do you think to these Teva sandals? Are you sold on the trend?
