Guide To Anti-Aging with Caudalie
has been on my radar for some time now. I’m a big fan of french skincare brands and Caudalie is one of my favourites. I think I’ve said before that as I’ve got older I spend more money on skincare than make-up – It’s all about the base (Sorry).
First things first, if you aren’t using a serum by now WHY THE HELL NOT. The beauty guru that is Caroline Hirons tells you that you must.
This Anti-Wrinkle Defense Serum
is the perfect start to your new routine. Defending your skin against harmful UV rays and pollution this serum gives you a ‘shot of youth.’ I’m sure you’ve also heard the benefits of acids as part of your skin care routine – this little baby comes complete with hyaluronic acid. This acid is something which we do produce naturally but as we get older our body finds it harder to produce. It helps promote elasticity in the skin and plumps too.
Next up we have their Glycolic Peel
which helps to brighten a dull complexion. It can smooth your skin and leave it looking more youthful overall. I’m using this a couple of times a week to give my skin an added boost, which is certainly needed over the winter months. Anyone else find your skin is dryer than normal? You can also look forward to a more even skin tone and firmer skin. A total winner in my books – it promises radiance in 10 minutes.
Last in my best of Caudalie round-up is their Beauty Elixir
– this bottle was designed by the fabulous Jason Wu. I’ve been using this for a while now to set my make-up but it has loads of other benefits. It smoothes fine lines, tightens pores and gives you a little radiance boost. I love to use this on no make-up days at home. Making sure I’m keeping my skin hydrated, there is something so luxurious about it and I’m now a life long convert.
