Pixi have been one of my favourite beauty brands for a while now and they were kind enough to send me some products I hadn’t tried yet to test out. Many of these are my go-to products now and they live in my bathroom cabinet. I’m going to talk you through each one and I hope you try the brand out for yourself.
The top shelf houses all my Pixi make-up related items. Starting with the MultiBalm in Wild Rose – this product is a great little addition to your make-up bag as its a 2-1 product. All it takes is a simple sweep across the cheeks and blend in with your fingers, to add a little colour to your complexion. This looks great when used as a stain on the lips too, it has a really buildable colour which lends itself for use day or night.
Their Quick Fix Powder is another genius make-up bag hack. This translucent powder is great for keeping your face shine free through the day, it has a built in powder puff which the allows the powder through. And it all off – it has a mirror!
Next up we have LipLift Max in the shade Petal Ice. It has a really nice minty scent and plumps, nourishes and soothes your lips. While we are on the subject of lips, the nourishing Lip Polish is also on the shelf. This promises to exfoliate and nourish your lips, perfect when you’ve been wearing a drying lipstick all day.
The Flawless Beauty Primer, this stuff gives you that dewy youthful glow. Perfect for using under your foundation to give you that ‘glow’. It also has anti-aging benefits, so of course I’m all about it.
The Endless Silky Eye Pen in Black Noir, is THE perfect black. It glides on really easily and has amazing staying power.
Next we have skin care from Pixi which is what gets me really excited. Of course I have the Pixi + Caroline Hirons (skin goddess) Double Cleanse which makes sure my skin is rid of the day
You’ll notice that I have the large and travel size Glow Tonic. That’s how serious I am about it. After cleansing this leaves my skin… you guessed it, glowing! It’s the perfect introduction to ‘acid’s too.
The Rose Oil Blend can be used in the morning and evening. Apply it directly to your skin or if you want to add more hydration, add a couple of drops to your daily moisturiser. This little baby promises to help improve the skins elasticity and overall glow.
The Make-up Fixing Mist with rose water and green tea. is great if like me, you apply your make-up at 6:45am and need it to last until 5pm. It’s great for a pick me up through out the day too, if you just need a refresh and you don’t have time to re-apply your make-up.
